Bedazzling Databases is an online training tool blog. This blog was originally launched in 2011; you can view previous tutorials in the "Archived Database Tutorials" section of the blog.
This training tool is designed to provide you with the opportunity to engage in self-guided exploration of some of the online resources offered by MDPLS to enhance your knowledge and reference services. Please use this as an opportunity to explore all of the online resources offered - not just those highlighted here.
Each week, a new database will be explored. A brief (OK, sometimes not so brief) introduction will walk you through the database. At the end, a set of questions will test your knowledge of the database; the answers to these questions may or may not be apparent from the description - you have to go explore the database to find the answers!
